  • Fuck kirby vaccumes, all the people in this video are in for a major disappointment. I feel sorry for you guys. That company is taking advantage of you

  • If someone comes to my house tryn to sell me a 2000 dollar vacuum, I would kick them in the ass!

  • They gave us t- shirts that said KIRBY KLOWNS. I should ha e known something was wrong. I quit that job and joined another circus!

  • That was a funnyest shyt i just saw, kirby is a joke , i got recruited for working for them with all the blah blah boring presentation! Its a good vacuum but I would feel bad selling for 2500 , its not worth that much, and do not like door to door sales job its plain sucks

  • let's just all start buying the rainbow instead.

  • crammed in an SUv/ If you're an independant dealer, you can put as much or as little time as you want into it. That's why it's called a VOLUNTARY VAN AGREEMENT. if you want to take a Kirby and go out on your own and sale it, you have that power... Oh wait, you don't want to do that, so instead you rely on others to make your money FOR you, right? anyone that signs up has the ability to sale the Kirby themselves, on their OWN TIME... I know a man who makes $800 a week, and works maybe 10 hours.

  • As usual the ones that can't do it and didnt know they actually had to work are spewing crap. Single dad of four and I have been very successful with Kirby AND being honest.I get no less than two free trips a year. made $2700 in one day. All of you signed up for what you thought was an easy buck. Go back to McD's. There are dishonest office owners and sales reps out there(who need their ass kicked) but after 94 yrs do you really think it's a scam?

  • Warren Buffet owns this company... ...And people still thinks that guy is good.

  • Kirby is a joke!

  • Kirby is a joke

  • Why are Kirby's only sold door to door in the first place? If I want something I'll go out and buy it myself, not from some high pressure sales person that rang my doorbell.

  • no joke, i think i know that ashley girl. she literally just txted me trying to get a demo goin and others numbers. no worries though. i just turned off the phone.

  • @Timmay,Ashley, and whoever works for Kirby (aka Scammers R us) Ive Worked for Kirby before and believe me that was probably the biggest waist of my time, so i got me a REAL job with Benefits making more money than any manager of Kirby making way over $1,000 a week and i can wake up every day and say today im going to build America and not have to say I'm going to sell a vacuum and trick people especially the elderly to buying it cmon world this world is full of scammers.. get a real JOB!!

  • Kirby is terribl to work for, you do get paid, but you gotta put in so much effort that its ridiculous. Check out the guy in blue shirt, you can tell he gets paid well.

  • lolwutx10

  • I love how everyone says "I've been with Kirby a whole two weeks!" great! I'm sure you're an expert. Well I've been with Kirby for a while and while they don't lie about any of the prizes, bonuses, or pay, it's often difficult to get. With that being said, it's not IMPOSSIBLE. it only takes one $500 sale for the whole week to make it worth it. All I know is I stuck with it, didn't quit, believe in the great product, and my last paycheck was $760-working part time, for only 5 days!

    To those wh

  • oh and how dare people have fun and enjoy themselves we should all model ourselves after you people negative complaining asses.

  • @AshleyMHoke they forced us to sing and dance, sooo, no, no one was enjoying themselves. the job is outright exploitation. from the ads they use to lure people in, to the signing over our lives with an W9 and contract limiting our rights as employees so that they can drag us around for 12+ hours a day. It is pure exploitation of low income and low IQ people. You must be one of them.

  • @AshleyMHoke try and get a grip, fruitcake

  • haha you people are stupid as shit.. boohoo i had to get off of mommy and daddys couch and walk omg then i quit after a day. pathetic 2 years into the business and love life!!! Im a female and think its all good and you "men" are crying good thing obama gives unemployment checks away so easy or you people would starve to death..

  • Kirby in my town has finally gone belly up. What goes around comes around.

  • Fucking creepy shit.

  • That one guy an certainly dance!

  • @suziq201 I took this video in Sacramento, the Roseville location that is (used to be?) located on Cirby Way in old Roseville area. Which one did you work at?

  • HAHA!! THIS IS ME YESTERDAY BUT WORST.SOME GUYS EVEN WORE OLD MAN DIAPERS.IT WAS A JOKE AND SO AWKWARD AND I WAS OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS I COULD.I JUST WASTED 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE.

  • if Kirby is such a great company, why do they allow sleazebags to distribute their product?

  • @odanak100 There are sleazebags in EVERY business/organization. Show me one where there isn't.

  • i must say that the Kirby organization as a WHOLE is a GREAT one...BUT thats not the say that there aren't some very shizesty distributors. people who worked for kirby either loved it or hated it.... sometimes it has nothing to do with how good of a salesmen you are but simply the distributorship that u work for and in my opinion, there are more good than bad...i was a DPS for a kirby distributorship that was ran HORRIBLY and sadly, a lot of people were infarct mislead and made empty promises

  • @carpediemJO I agree that there are some pretty shitty Distributors out there and that can really put a bad taste in ones mouth if they are a Dealer under such a person. I luckily have a good Distributor who pays his Dealers more than most and tries to help us out however he can. I am two months away from becoming a DT and I can't wait.

  • also its a shame the way you are promised the sky in the interviews ($300-500 a week) but in reality its very difficult to sell a $2200.00 vacuum cleaner to people who's car didn't cost that much

  • @robdawg67 It is not that difficult to sell a Kirby for that price if you know how to build the value of the product and if you truly believe in it. A Kirby can save a person much more than its costs. If you spend 2200 and save 10,000 over the next 10-20 years I would say that's a solid investment.

  • yes its a great product the issue is the affordability for the people you sell to, I mean come on $2200.00 for a vacuum cleaner? get real. my salesman gave a great demo then when I told him no thanks, he asked what was I going to do about the left over dirt he revealed to me I said I would go back to not caring about what I couldn't see. then I noticed the invoice that was on the side of the box & bought it for $310.00 instead of the asking price

  • My Kirby is the shit! The caddy of vacuums.

  • @mlke4258 My Dyson kills it for 1/5 the price.

  • @NNITRED Get what you pay for. I don't think it is a 5th of the price. I paid $950 for my Kirby. I see them dyson contraptions in target for $500+. I think all the tests have been more than conclusive to show that the Kirby far exceeds the Dyson in every aspect. All that aside, the reason I would never buy a dyson is the guy in the commercial has a british accent..... So, thats out!

  • The people who call the company a scam prly don't even have the credit to purchase one. Its a legit business with legit benefits. If you can't sell one, move on and stop bitchin that the company is a scam. I sell a lot and I see results on my check because of it. Kick rocks that all ur dysons leaves in ur carpets haters

  • The people that are speaking negatively about Kirby obviously don't really know anything about it or if they worked for Kirby they didn't give 100%. The only way you can fail in this business is if you quit. I can make $800 with one sale - for two hours of work? Can't beat that. What other job can you end up owning your own business in less than a year? I am new to Kirby and I love it. I am selling people a product that does exactly what I say it does and they KNOW this for I show them.

  • @Messiah1488 yea i worked for them and maybe being a good saleman is the answer but doesn't it bother you that the driver or sales leader takes you to low income places where you spend 3 hours in a home to maaaaybe getting a sale and to later find out your commision isnt got to be jack squat because your customer has a low credit rating???...that doesnt bother you???????

  • @ryan49er1 Of course I don't like going to neighborhoods that are't the best but luckily my office hits up places where they can afford it. I also agree that its not a good feeling to do a three hour demo only to find out they have bad credit....but what about where you spend 3 hours in a Demo and end up making a 1000. I have had those as well and it's awesome. The most I ever made in a day was 1675. Where else can I do that?

  • I recently started to work for kirby and have been there for the past 3 weeks. I work with a positive set of people who have actually done well in the buisness. I'm actually about to quit only because I'M not a good sales person. The system works, and they do tell little white lies here and there and i see where people get mislead but its nothing to down the company about. The product speaks for itself, but if your not good at overcoming objections ur gonna suck

  • @cutiegurly4you12286 You see, a good sales person will not tell lies. You will get found out, reputation will suffer and if you need a long term sale, lying to sell something isn't the answer.

Sales is all about understanding (creating?) need and satisfying it. The Kirby is a good product by all accounts. Don't beat yourself up about not being a good sales person. You need to knock more doors, get rejected more and you'll succeed.

  • o.o dude you kirby people should chill out and get a real job ¬_¬

  • kirby blows, buy a dyson

  • I've made a great career for myself in Kirby. I'm not sorry a lot of people can't hack it, but they shouldn't resent the company because they're not strong enough! It's a beautiful company, with a beautiful product, a great opportunity, and positive people... Soooo, what's wrong with that? Most people who are against Kirby never even really worked for the company... some only went through orientation: what could they possibly know? Just do you, and get your life on track, and let us do us!

  • EVERYONE BITCHING ABOUT KIRBY CAN SHUT THE FUCK UP, THE REASON YOU QUIT IS BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT RHINOS, YOU'RE FAGS, PACK YOUR OWN LUNCH, AND GET IN THAT DOOR, NO ONE LIES TO GET YOU TO WORK, IT'S HELLA EASY TO DROP KIRBY'S! Golden West Division baby! oooooh yes we are positive number one in the world!

  • @jaysunfoo 'Rhino'-a big stupid lumbering animal that spreads its own shit out with it's tail; Sounds about right for a Kirby salesman. I have friends who own an Oreck store; They tell me there's a 'graveyard' out back, full of horrible broken Kirby vacuum cleaners that people traded in, after realizing that Kirby is a crock of shit. They can't get rid of them fast enough. Fuck Kirby.

  • @jaysunfoo says the honest and professional Kirby salesman honestly i see more negative posts than positive ones and the positive ones are from people who are already within the company and lemme tell you one thing about sub contracted companies the the person who holds your contract does not have to pay you shit if they so feel that you are not meeting your quota which can more than likely be nonexistent and something they made up. Wake up this is 2012

  • Kirby is nothing but a ripoff. They lie to get their salespeople to work for them, they lie to get the customer to take a look at the thing, and they lie to sell it. I hope the AG and law enforcement take a serious look into this company, and bring it down. I would like to see these scammers put in prison, where they belong.

  • jus walked n bout 30 mins ago but erlier 2day i sold 2 instant a-loans if ya know wat dat means...lol get cha money up!

  • ppl wats all da fuss for? Im pretty sure u all kno its not 4 evrybdy nd if yall fine wit flippn burgers den put cha hair-net nd gloves on. Yall neva made real money n dis business b/c yall not real go-gettaz. Weak ppl neva make it n dis business, only da strong survive. who cares if u makin btween 15 nd 30 dollaz an hr....i can easily make a 450 n a hr or hr n a half. not 2 brag or anythng but so far i alredy made 2 stakcs n 1 month as a dealer, which aint shit. so y make xcuses wen u can make $

  • Wow, now I know I did the right thing by only going to the "orientation" for kirby. Assholes don't post the actual job description on craigslist, a multi-level marketing scam, and used all kinds of little deceptive weasel words and tricks to get impressionable, under educated, but otherwise motivated people to work their asses off for a chance to barely make a living wage. Scam. And the floor in their office was filthy!

  • Anyone who says this company is worth working for is a troll and is bullshitting. I worked for these dickheads in Green Bay for the past 2 1/2 weeks. After not getting paid the first or second week, I quit. I have received not a single fuckin' penny of the training pay nor anything for the 8-13hr days I've worked. I have a mind to put rocks through these windows.

  • @StraightOuttaDC where you at the one in green bay where a guy named "crazy al" owns it?

  • @gabeguzman

    And his wife Karen? Yup.

  • @StraightOuttaDC

how did it go with them?

  • @gabeguzman

2 1/2 weeks of my life gone. Got paid a grand total of $38 for wasting my time.

  • Lol i worked for KIRBY for 4months was there nomber 1 canvasser in NZ and the day i was supposed to fly to the south island i started working somewhere else....best decisoin i ever made. my team mates and i worked it out and we were making 20cents an hour working 6dyas from 10am until lik 12am somedays!!!!

  • The Kirby salesman is nothing more than a scam. Damn long hours, crowded into an SUV with 8 other people and 15 kirby vacuums, driving to the middle of nowhere where no one wants your product. All the while being promised big paychecks, when in reality you aren't going to get much. They scam you into doing the job the same way they scam you to get into your house, deception and manipulation. If you're broke, stay broke...find a REAL job

  • wat the hell kind of kirby song is that??? ours is much better!!!!! I LOVE KIRBY!!!!!!

  • Coming up on a year since my Kirby experience: It was useful, because now I understand that companies like this (And American Income, etc.) exist and will scam the life out of you. Now I can warn others. The Kirby distributor in my area (SMB) is constantly flagged and thrown off of Craigslist, and people leave postings on there saying 'Shut up-we don't want to sell your stupid vacuums.' Assholes. What goes around comes around.

  • When i walked up to the interview room to and opened the door this other guy dressed all nice asked me is this for kirby? I said yes, and all i herd was "ugh!" his car start and diden't see him come back. was he smart for not doing it? Because i have to goto an orientation on monday morning and im thinking of just saying fuck it and not showing up :)

  • @TRM831 Don't even bother. Stay in bed and borrow money this month for your bills, and look for a real job in the morning. You're just wasting your time with Kirby.

  • @DevSodDribble Yea i did alot of reading on kirby and made the decision that it is not what i want todo. Rather keep my life simple and don't plan on trying to sell one of those shits to my family or friends.

  • Yesterday i was looking for a job on craigslist and found an ad saying they needed a warehouse position for an international company. I called the number and asked if the position was still open and the lady said it was taken but they had one for customer service. She never told me the name of the company or anything like that, just set me up an interview. Few hours later in the day she said i had the job and would be making lots of cash. I'm thinking of not going to the orientation.

  • They all ZOMBIES! Kill em all!

  • Comment removed

  • @cellphonesrock76 actually i dont think there are any homosexuals in this particular shot.

  • It's the same in Italy....really disgusting!!!!

  • Point blank in any sales job there are ups and downs If you blame the company for you failing you never should be in sales Kirby does Door too Door because they want people to see Kirby can do all it promises. Read the fine print on those consumer credit cards- you would see the 6 to 12 months same as cash option means if you DON'T pay off the total balance in that time. you owe the balance plus the full interest at the usual 15% too 22% from the date of the sale. consumer be aware DUH

  • @tessyjo The problem is the number of Kirby distributors who post deceptive ads saying things like 'Carpet Cleaners Wanted', etc. Cleaning carpets sounds like an easy job, right? It's only when you have been hired and promised all that money that they start pushing you to actually sell the unit instead of just demonstrating it, and making it impossible for you to do those 15 demonstrations in the same week. Those poor saps are desperate for work, and Kirby just wants them for the referrals.

  • WHAT IDIOTS!!!!

the man with blue shirt had seriously problems when he was child... so stupid!

  • STAY OUT OF MY HOUSE

  • wtf im a salesmen for kirby and we dont do this weird shit we kick back at meetings and eat pizza! lol

  • Haha I honestly just got a job working for them. I can't wait to see how it goes! hahhahhaah

  • @Beamernator i just got a job there too ...how did it go

  • Wal-Mart has songs too, in fact, many businesses do, it's not even remotely creepy and it's pretty common. Kirby people deal with more BS in a day than most people do on the job in a month, it's pretty important that they produce a lot of positive emotional stimulation to overcome the negative BS they have to deal with.

  • You people are a bunch of Pathetic fools . Durring my low point in life i went to one of those meetings, man i felt like such a loser. I was learning how to take it appart while listening to stupid songs like I Need a Kirby(Hero) and A Kirby Sucks the Dust lol LOSERS

  • Wikipedia: "There are numerous reports of Kirby salespeople being taught high-pressure and abusive sales tactics, being misled about pay and bonuses and misleading consumers about the sales contracts, also, constant and incessant nagging and pleading I went to something very similar to this, and at the end of the day I knew it was bullshit because the vibes I got were very cultish. They were super evasive and brainwashy. I saw right through it and came back the next day and confronted them.

  • Here's the thing: Kirby advertises for 'carpet cleaners' constantly, knowing that 99 percent of them will fail. They LIE in the job description to bring in desperate jobless people, so they can get the REFERRALS you bring in. Then they pay you nothing. If their product's so great why don't they sell them alongside Electrolux and Hoover, and just be honest about it?? Why all the deception??

  • They do this at Wal-mart as well.

  • Sweet Jesus.

  • ok this is seriously crap

motivational method of the 1920s, an alternate realitys 1920s, wth

  • If you are thinking about working here, honestly turn away and save more than just time.

  • The heads of these companies are laughing their asses off at all their workers.while these poor kids are being sent out to complete strangers house and left alone at their own will they are stuffing their mouths with food and just sitting on their asses. I am very surprised this SCAM is still going on without the authorities doing something about this.

  • I just got "hired" as a Kirby salesman (like who wouldn't). I am very suspicious. Already invested time in the "training", but might just quit while I'm ahead.

  • Just quit, man. They lie from the word go and you won't make a dime.

  • Holy crap, I just got a mini Kirby sales pitch in the comments section! lmao

    These guys don't sleep!

  • Hahaha!!!

  • Basically, that's what the demo is. It's a circus act or performance show as much as anything. I remember the myriad of sales tactics, some of which included selling yourself as much as selling the vacuum. It's not about selling the bacon, but selling the 'sizzle'. lmao

For better or worse, it was an interesting experience doing high pressure sales in such an intimate setting as a person's home and filth. Me,coming from meager roots, I couldn't believe I'd be asking $2k for a vacuum!

  • People who sell Kirbys have no consience? That is a pretty ignorant thing to say...maybe the salepeople YOU have run into were not the most ethical. Sales is sales, you run into some bad seeds for sure. But atleast these guys are selling a quality product unlike MANY other industries.

  • to all the hatters out there Kirby home maintenance systems are top of the line and this is why there more pricey. for those who want a BMW your gonna pay for it the rest are just cheep Geo metros that will keep you reaching in your pocket for maintenance and replacement.

  • its nothing about the vacuum idiot, its about how these people lie through their teeth, telling kids all the success stories, all these rewards benifits, and like how you get a 45 min lunch break, saturdays a half day, and how even if you dont make any sale you can still get paid, but after your first week you realize it was all crap and you just wasted gas money. it is a great product but its criminal how these people lie to get people to work for them.

  • fuck kirby, fuck wit cutco baby!

  • I haven't done one of these yet, but you can forget my big ass danceing and clapping about walking around on streets I've never been on before for 10 hours a day. I don't feel excited about that at all.

  • Having been in the business for over 3 years its all in the eye of the beholder. Just cuz you couldnt hack it doesnt mean that this great oppertunity isnt for everyone.

  • I worked for these fags for one day. The hours sucked(SELLING VACUUMS UNTIL ONE AM?!), locations of the neighborhoods were sketchy, and the sales people were all either druggies or dropouts with a GED even`. Sorry, I'd much rather have a job making the 16.50 an hour I have now, in the teamsters union with 90% medical coverage on health insurance. Including dental at 90% and cheap medication. Sorry 2500 bucks is spendy. So yeah, I'd rather have my county security gig.

  • @cosmokramer1987

i'd rather make 1000+ a week doing something i like, and having the freedom to work when i feel like it

    but thats just me

  • @theamazingsamurai Everyone would, but some people are locked out of those opportunities because of college, Kirby is very attractive because if you're good at it you can make a ton more than someone who spent 8 years of their life starving through college.

It's really not for everyone, I love it, but it's hard, grueling work that requires not only all of your time but also all of your emotional fortitude and learning abilities.

  • @cosmokramer1987 UNIONS SUCK!

  • @cosmokramer1987 Good For you. Dont down my grandfathers company please. We are only here to clean the FILTH you people live in. if you don't like our distributors that's okay but that DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO HATE OUR COMPANY. You have no idea what the COMPANY is like. WE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. We cant control our distributors! That is why most of the salesmen are druggies and drop outs! we cant control that! BUT we can control reliability and performance of the machine!

  • weak bastards quit bitchin find a different job quit crying like faggots im in the top 5% of income earners in this fukin country the product is awsome its not for every1 fukin bitches complain about mcdonalds that made you fat and lazy not about a billion $ co. with 1 of the richest men in the world that owns it broke bitches

  • @cosmokramer1987 I worked with these assholes for a week. It was the worst week of my life.

  • @cosmokramer1987 A Union Job? You think that is good money? You are LOSER BABY go kill yourself ALREADY

  • @cosmokramer1987 More like 14.30 if you are with the little cunt "Teamsters Union".

  • @mlke4258

What the fuck is that supposed to mean dude?

  • @cosmokramer1987 "Thats what the fuck I mean.....dude!

  • you're a red neck arn't u

  • I was a DPS for Kirby and I know people who have done $ and % demos a day and not sold a thing. I even went out with a crew and watched demos and still no one sold anything. Kirby is a crock of shit and if you work ther yopu are wasting you life and time. I know I was A telemarketer, sales rep, DPS. and Human Resource Director. Kirby is a scam and you dont get whAT YOU ARE PROMISED.

  • Just like how you don't 'understans' the english language?? Kirby is a bunch of shit. The managers all claim to be millionaires, yet wear cheap suits that look like they came off the rack at WalMart. What bullshit.

  • preach it bro!

  • So wtf did you teach them how to vacuum? I've sold over 700 kirbys personally and I know it can be sold

  • what about people who do sell and do go on to be successful AD's then factory dis. Kirby is like any sales business the problem is Kirby does not hire sales people they hire avg people who couldn't sell beer to an alcoholic

  • you sir... suck.

you weren't a DPS. how do I know? I was one. in Kirby, you can only be promoted by selling. Specifically, you had to have sold at least 3 months of 15 to even be promoted to crew leader. clearly you didn't thus you could not have been promoted. you probably quit your 1st week like a woos

Conclusion: you're an idiot failure who makes excuses instead of trying to improve.

  • This is crap...I cant believe how retarded a person can be...que os follen!!

  • lol this brings back memories

  • No really it does suck.

  • I bought a kirby and it sucks. Boy does it suck! It sucks up all the cat hair, litter, dust, etc. Kirby does suck.

  • these guys are absolutely NUTS. When I worked for Kirby (for 2 weeks) they had us singing a crazy kirby song...."hail hail the gangs all here, yes we sell the kirby, yes we sell the kirby"....NUTS I TELL YOU!

  • I worked for KIRBY for 4years and loved it. Just like any ohter job it has its perks but I got a chance to do some things McDonalds wouldn't have let me do. Especially at the age of 18 with only a high school education. KIRBY is for people with big dreams and Big Balls to make those dreams come true. Anyone who tries to make alot of money goes through some tough times while in the process! Give Kirby a try and see if you got the balls to do it!

  • wow, I would have quit too if our meetings had beed like that! WE played motown music, land got funky! LOL our meetings were loud and packed, and I never had trouble making money or getting someone to feed me or let me use the bathroom. You have to be a certain kind of person to work at kirby. I loved it and met my husband there, (and got a free kirby too! oh yeah)

  • Damn, I remember this when I worked for them. Waste of time...

  • I went in for an orientation for selling Kirby vaccuums. The guy was really nice and promised lots of money. Then I read horror stories of other people that tried it out. Some didn't get paid, one didn't sell any and was forced to buy it. What's your experience? Do you really get $800 commission from selling $2,400 Kirbys?

  • Unless you go to a really good "distribution center", then honestly not. The reason I went in the first place was I was being promised paid training, so I figured "Hey, this has to be worth it".

Well, this is where I was wrong.

After the end of the training session (which takes about a week), several co-workers and I found out we were not getting paid. We went out with the other salespeople on door to door sales and usually got back at 11pm; (continued)

  • Sometimes it was even later than that (1am) when we got back, and usually I would not make a single sale. I did talk around and find not the whole $800 commission from selling them is more of a made up gig than reality, some of them made maybe $50 if they were lucky as we had to find the appointments ourselves.

Now, I'll also be honest here: Not all of the centers are bad. I suggest to ask the other people that work there because they would know firsthand how the said center operates.

  • Its different in different places, but trying to sell $2000 dollar vacuum cleaners to people with $800 cars in front of their homes=no sale. I spent 13 hour days going door to door with a van full of salesman, and people just get angry when you knock on their doors. Not to mention, no lunch or dinner, and you can't go to the bathroom unless a customer is nice enough to let you, IF you get into a house. My advice: Don't waste your time.

  • if they would have done that, theyd've sold

at least 5 kirbys a week!

    5x$300 = $1500/week aint a bad stack-a-money

    for a young adult.

the real $ is in becoming a CrewLeader or a DPS

    & then obviously a AD & a FD

  • Kirby isn't for everyone long term however the level of customer service & people skills I gained from my 4 year stint is a priceless chapter in my professional career.

whether you plan to be a sales professional or have plans to own a business no matter what, a solid understanding of selling & winning people to your way of thinking will place you far above all other competitors in this difficult job market. My son'll spend at least 1yr in kirby when he's old enough. the experience is priceless

  • Yeah your son will spend at least '1yr', as you put it, having doors slammed in his face, having the cops called on him, starving through a 14 hour day with no lunch, and going to the bathroom in the bushes because he couldn't get into a house to bullshit someone into buying this ridiculous product. Nice plan.

  • You're right. I had all of the above happen to me . I even got bit on the ass by a German Shepherd! lol.

Don't feel bad, we need people like you to empty the trash at my office & make the beds at my hotel room. Not all of us were gifted with thick skin. Sorry you couldn't handle it.

by the way, you know it isn't a ridiculous product. I still have mine. it's 10yrs old & it's going strong. my carpet looks great & my wife wouldn't trade it for anything else. Paid $1100 back then, worth every penny.

  • Well, at least people who do HONEST work (emptying trash, etc.) can sleep at night, knowing they didn't swindle some old lady out of her retirement fund for some $2000 dollar aluminum shitbucket vacuum machine. If Kirby's so great why do they constantly break down and show up at divorce yardsales? People can't wait to get rid of them.

  • @DevSodDribble

of your son cant get into a house that is no one's fault but his and its also his own fault he didnt pack a lunch

as long as you have a solictitors permit people wont call the cops on you. again, his own damn fault

  • @theamazingsamurai Bullshit. When the advertised job says 'appointments provided', that shouldn't mean going door to door bothering people. The lying assholes at the distributer I worked for never told us to pack lunches; We thought we were only working '30 hours a week', as the ad said. They also never told us about permits, (And never had any of their own), and when the cops came, all the boss did was move everyone to another neighborhood. It was all lies, lies, lies.

  • Sorry, but making more in one week of hourly employment elsewhere than people who work a month at Kirby (i.e. getting paid NOTHING) hadly makes you a 'deadbeat.' Those 3 demos a day aren't guaranteed, and the company is VERY conditional and bitchy about what counts as a 'full demo.' The whole thing is a ripoff and a scam.

  • Right, but if you do 2 demos a day, say because your child is sick, you got a flat tire, there was a snow day, death in the family, etc, how much of your weekly 'salary' do you get? Nothing. Not one penny. I figured this out in one week with this 'company'-you're better off working third shift at Walmart. At least you get paid for the hours you're on their clock!!

  • Holy Christ, I just quit Kirby and this is exactly what its like. I only lasted a week before running. Even the stage and the chalkboard look the same. I'm so glad I didn't drink the purple Kool Aid.

  • its even more of a incentive to smash them kirby's after watching this

  • That chic at :11 was hot as hell! I'd luv to do sum things to her.

  • The best way to get a Kirby is via divorce yard sales. I picked up a very nice Ultimate G with all the toys for $400. It is worth it. They are nice vacuums!

  • Opinions are like A holes, everyones got one. This is a good company, and yes each distributorship is different. Can't ridicule the whole company because one company is a certain way. I never was into the whole dance and song thing, but if it pumps you up. Why not? And as for you posting this and putting people down for their typoes, you needa life demetri, Who the hell made you english teacher of the year?

  • the "fact" is that almost 95% of the distributors are the exact same..theyre not different..lol..they all say the same bull shit during traing and they all trick people like the appointments were made before they get there when really youre going to just end up randomly knocking on people doors which is against the law in almost every state...the only true thing is that the kirby is a good vac

  • Does that mean people with colostomy bags don't have...opinions?

  • Yeah, the grammar is terrible on this post too! So unfortunate...

  • Oh god and don't even get me started on your grammar. Poor thing...

  • Somebody needs a 3rd grade spelling lesson!!! Well I guess that's why you're a kirby salesman.

  • Dear Shane, This is the exact problem with Kirby sales people: they lie. "One of your rooms shampooed for free" ??? You and I both know this is not true, it's one of the lies used to get into your victims house. In training we were taught NOT to vacuum the whole room so that the victims have one spot in th center of the room that is nice and clean and are therefore persuaded into buying the unit so they can clean the rest of the room. Nice try though!! :)

  • Dude this scares me because I remember going to one in Pittsburgh! You have to check out my cartoon! Part 2 is based off Kirby church!

  • don't klrby salesman smoke pot?

  • thefrolives you work for kirby?

  • actually those meeting are really fun.

  • This is what im doing right now. And ill say this you can make ALOT of money if you just give it your best. And that is what happens in the morning. Although its used to get us pumped up and energized before we head out.

  • suck a dick if u working 4 them

  • Learn how to spell :D

  • wtf r u talking about i spelled right stupid!

  • wft, r, u, are not words. Also the i should be capitalized.

Im okay if you want to be an idiot but stop trying so hard.

  • this is about as weak as it get with you arguing to this guy about his spelling.

even more useless as the video you posted i think 8 months ago about you calling a guy an idiot for believing that the floating trick is real.

fucking grow up and from the looks of the video...move out from your parents place with the $400 you make each week from going door to door.

  • lol
