yo...pls don't do that...all of us (turks) are borthers and sisters. cause we are muslim. this connection makes us powerfull(of course when we become "real" muslim.)
It was stolen by us or not, it doesn't matter. the important one is the song's quality. it is perfect. thnks to the one who made it. have good days. peace forever!
@officialshintek ok...I think that the word "to steal" is not appropraite, it should be "to interact". Whatever...I dont want to discuss unnecessarily. if the sentence "Turks stole Assyrian people's music style" will make u happy, then ok, we stole. And I am pleased that my ancestors went there, got acquainted with your ancestors, imitated yours. :)
Hmmm.....I did not knew "yar yeman" was assyrian words. What does yar yeman mean in Assyrian? By the way, this song is great, Iv heard it in Kurdish also.
People who live in the same regions do usually integrate in terms of culture music ethics traditions etc. In this case I would not call it stealing. I guess it is more justified to say that they have translated it into kurdish or that you were influenced from each other. Thanks
Whoever organized this is a heroe, this must have taken a long time and energy to put it together. God bless you guys, I wish I was there, what a beautiful way to get married.
