  • what troma movie was Robert De Niro in?

  • @MyNameIsMiles727 He was in "The Wedding Planner" - which was also one of the first features that Brian De Palma ever worked on

  • @Ettinghussen thanks, i just looked it up, it's called "The Wedding Planner". Is it any good?

  • @MyNameIsMiles727 yeah it's good man. It ain't a typical shlock Troma film - actuallly Troma only handled distribution for it, it's a light hearted comedy/coming of age flick, if you've seen De Palma's Greeting or Hi Mom! then you'll pretty much get the idea.

  • @MyNameIsMiles727 Robert De Niro appear on the Wedding Party (1969) Directed by Brian De Palma, Wilford Leach

  • Back in the day, I saw "Monster In the Closet" and didn't really like it then, but I should give it another spin. I was a different person back in the day.

  • There's no way that 1998 godzilla movie cost 100 million dollars to make. Mathew Broderick works for a case of miller and an apple bee's gift card.

  • Kaufman looks so much younger here. Great to see he still hasn't lost his flare though.

  • Roger Corman and Lloyd Kaufman are my Favorite Movie Makers.

  • Godzilla 1998 SUCKS

  • 444 jerry only,,from the misfits!!!!

  • 4:14 Hot!!! :P

  • Please add more videos and clips from the archives!! I wish the audio was in the left speaker. Thanks Troma!

  • Troma rules Hollywood sucks.

  • 3 hollywood bigwigs must have been jerking off to Lloyd and accidently hit the dislike button

  • just watched terror firmer tonight.

    amazing. really, an incredible movie

  • M high school english teacher knew Marissa Tomei. Never thought she worked with Troma lol

  • @indieFilmFanatic91 Yeah. First time I saw Toxic Avenger was at 16 and look at me now lol

  • @indieFilmFanatic91 sensitive much?

  • Box office expectations are high!!!....You hit the Cinema, if its bad, u feel ripped off!!!! Sometimes you walk out!

If u rented it at home, u just turn it off!

Troma, u know what your in for, and no matter how bad the movie is, u will watch it to the end, because troma movies are magic!!!

This is why they have survived, and will continue to!!!

And personally, as he mentions Terror Firmer at the end, i would say that was the best movie since Toxic Avenger part 1!!!!

  • I cant wait for another Troma Team release Its been almost a year or two..

  • the troma movies are the funniest horror movies,i like the-blood sucking freaks--the best.the rest of them a great to.

  • @ToneCapone570 Bloodsucking Freaks is not really a Troma film, it was just acquired by Troma after previous distributors had hacked the movie to pieces. In a recent Q & A i was at, Lloyd actually said he regrets acquiring that movie, seems like he doesn't like it much for whatever reason.

  • @dave4378 sorry to say,i fuckin love that movie,no matter who does not like that movie, who ever required that movie, made a funny ass so called horror film, whether lloyed does not like it or not,its a great movie, espeshialy from those years,i have seen it in 1979,and its one of the funniest horror movies that ever came out at that time,--see ya--

  • What year was this?

  • @flickerman68 I would say this was in the year 1998 1999 because Terror Firmer was released in 1999.

  • @reeferchiefer91 Hey Reefer Thanks!

  • did anyone catch the newspape headline at around 8:00? It said something about global warming in Cannes... This is really back in the 80's? Back then they were talking about global cool down? Strange how odd history can be.

  • GOD bless troma

  • I'm amazed how many other women love Troma--I always felt I was alone in that respect. It's nice too see that I'm wrong! :)

  • Lloyd Kaufman is highly inspirational.

  • anybody know the troma movie robert de niro was in

  • @eytim The Wedding Party

  • You "may be sorry you asked" who watches Troma movies? What the hell? Lots of perfectly normal people.

  • This idiot doesn't know anything. Troma is art. Art is meant to evoke emotions and reactions in it's viewers, and Troma does just that. It's like shock art.

  • These are double and trible R rated movies

  • nice tits at 4:14

  • What's wrong with his eyes?

  • Apolo Smile is at 4:03 I remember her!

  • 4:44 HOLY SHIT IT'S JERRY ONLY!!!

  • Fuck Hollywood.Long live Troma!!!

  • Toxie wasn't released in '81, it was released in '84. According to Lloyd himself, it was filmed in '83 (he constantly named that date in interviews I've seen).

  • aww dude. nymphoid barbarian in dinosaur hell. how'd i miss that one?

  • lloyd kaufman = used car salesman

  • @septip123

Apparently, Lloyd Kaufman = Yale alumni.

  • 8:33: They're not mean and violent?

    is she fucking kidding?

  • I'm pretty sure she was talking about how they come off. they're cruelty and violence is more playful and cheesy than other films.

  • Then came the new Tromillenium

  • Cool, I loved the legend of the chupacabra cuz it was so cheezy! LOL

  • If I won the lottery, I would buy Troma so Lloyd could enjoy retirement, but I would have him stay on as a spokesperson for interviews much like Stan Lee does for Marvel (now Disney, Troma's polar opposite). As a matter of fact, I'm surprised that someone like Trey Parker, Matt Stone, Eli Roth, or Quentin Tarantino doesn't buy Troma.

  • Lloyd and Michael would never sell. They've been in business for over thirty years, and though they may have hit their speed bumps here and there, I doubt they'd be willing to give up the control that they fought so hard for. The only reason there haven't been any big budget Troma remakes is because Lloyd refuses to sell his ideas just to make a buck. This is one of the things that makes Troma great. They'd probably rather close their doors than give up their independence.

  • Besides, Troma is Lloyd's life. I don't think he'll retire until he's dead.

  • God bless bad taste and Toxie and Troma and Bless you ItsAhandGranade for being a loyal Tromanite I plucked 30 bones for Combat Shock and got more from my moneys worth. and i would pluck down my cash for troma flick than anything playing in Theaters.

  • I've Been TromaTived

  • wow, that is a sweet surf nazis sweatshirt!

  • Troma is awesome. i found a new movie trailer called "the severed inn" that looks really cool like a troma film--hot chics and horror

  • TROMA 4ever!!

  • If you dont love TROMA your wrong!

  • for some reason llyod reminds me mel brooks idk y

  • you are right he does look like Mel Brooks, you could say he's the b-movie version of mel brooks!

  • Great stuff

  • I met lloyd at the con one year... AWESOME dude I got a pic with him and he autographed my copy of TERROR FIRMER!!!! Keep up the awesome work we will all keep watching!!!!!!!

  • shane466, just kill yourself

  • i'm not young and i love b-films, troma included. thus, your theory fails.

  • I'm ashamed to think that someone with the same first name as me can be such a douche. Please smack your mom for naming you Shane.

  • My real name is not Shane. It's an alias. I picked the name Shane because it's such an asshole's name. Thanks for reinforcing my theory. You weak minded turd.

  • So in other words, you call yourself Shane because you think you're an asshole. At least you don't try to fool yourself. As for, "weak minded turd", I'm more of a open minded piece of shit.

  • For someone who likes dumb Troma films, you're starting to catch on.

  • I like Troma films because they're dumb. They're the types of movies that are so dumb that only smart people like them, which explains why you're not a fan. Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz are geniuses. They make and produce movies that are made specifically to be laughed at, but it's not just stupidity for stupidities sake. They give anybody a chance to make movies. Which is as it should be. Are all Troma movies good? Of course not, but they're more real than the garbage from Hollywood.

  • I take it you're a fan of Spielberg and Lucas and all the other assholes who wouldn't know how to make a movie for under $100,000,000, and can't even make a movie interesting for that much.

  • Troma forever!!!

  • so this is from 98?
