I think he may of took his mouth piece out but I am not sure? Regardless it was a KO punch because the punch came at a time when Ett. was not guarded and did not expect it. It connected at just the right juncture as well as it was thrown with nice leverage and was smack on the button. All that entaild=KO punch. Surprisingly Ett. still had "some what" his senses. It was a case of him being half still badly hurt and half ....did not want any more of that is pretty much what it was.
