@4106650464 >>>---> It goes back to the old days when they used street alarm boxes for citizens to report fires. Each box had a card about the size of a large note card.  Depending on the number of apparatus that were available to seen the card would have a line for each alarm. Like the 1st line would be a one alarm fire and would list say - which of 3 engines, a ladder turck, a rexcue, a battalion chief would respond. The 2nd alarm would be on the next line and indicate the same, etc.

Hi zaffdoc-yes it has been a terrible year for apt fires in Shreveport Bossier. I don't remember any other being so bad.
