Man, I consider myself a great player of this game but this quest gave me a fucking Headache. Hardcore Mode only made it worse with all those bottles of water, radaways and ammounts of food. When I got out of the vault I was addicted to 3 different drugs, with both legs cripled and a few bullets on my Assault Carabine.Man, I was glad to see that rad indicator go away...

@Flex0004 Yes there is, you have to select "Reroute control of the vault" and you'll be able to find them in the Aerotech Office Park "Suite 300", east of Camp McCarran and earn 150 XP. If you choose to save the trapped Vault dwellers from Vault 34 and meet them at "Aerotech Office Park" you will have an option to ask for a reward "Vault trinket"

@Flex0004 you know the vault technitions that came out i think they were the survivors because they mutated into ghouls and ncr is better

@Flex0004 You probably know this by now, but you can save some. However if you do choose to save them you will not see them till later in Aerotech Office Park, suit 300 I think it was. 150xp instead of 100xp for saving them instead of the ncr farm, though you don't get ncr fame.

Oddly I remember one of the people you save having a option to get a "vault trinket" from him but he does not seem to actually give you anything even if you choose that option the game gives you.. could be a bug.

one thing that is a moded gun right? secound lily is beast!!! literally and unliterally. omg i was trying to find the key and then i find out there is none and that i have to get 2 passwords then go to a terminal then unflood the things then go into the unflooded places kill 2 ghouls then go threew a door into the overseerers place then i have to find a terminal and read the sos message then choose to help the dwellers or ncr heck i was already level 30 i do 't need 30 more exp i need ncr fame.

THE VAULT DWELLERS ARE the feral ghouls in the room you cant get into but you can see from the window. when you reroute the power it opens the door for them and they come out. thats all that happens.

@YAMAHAYFZKID144 If it's the trapped vault dwellers you're talking about then sorry but you are wrong. They are not feral ghouls and if you choose to save them then you will find them east of Camp McCarran in the Aerotech Office Park, Suite 300.

@MiniclipHacker there are two flooded stairs, go there search the respective dead ghouls, they have passwords. then use them at every terminal you can in the first level (theres like 1) unflood ine of the stairs and search the area, eventually you will unlock the overseer's door, and prepare yourself, that area has lots of ghouls... i know im not being clear, just went through that god damned quest myself

they are human, and you save about 4 of them including horowitz, and the bomb which radiates most of the vault should be recent since the boomers come from the same vault, kinda difficult quest when choosing what should happen :S

Neither decision gives you karma, but if you choose to help the Sharecroppers you will get a faction boost with New California Republic and 200 XP. If you choose to help the dwellers, you will be able to find them in the Aerotech Office Park "Suite 300", east of Camp McCarran and earn 250 XP.... Why am I the only one that knows this?

@LetsXkickXtheXbass yes you are correct to save the vault dwellers you must reroute the controls so they can open the door from their side unfortunatly they have been turned into the gouls visible through the window when you walk in the room before the reactor.

@xXSOKkenrusXx Actually the events from Vault 34 are pretty recent. The Boomers are from Vault 34 (they are directly from the vault, NOT the vault dwellers' descendants, meaning it took place within their lifetimes). The events that sent the vault spiraling into chaos happened no more than 5 years ago. It's entirely possible for them to have survived that long assuming they had basic necessities where they're holed up.

@LetsXkickXtheXbass i think if you do that it just realease more ghouls into the vault. . because in the room with the compture to open the reactor there is a window to a room with a shut door. when you open the door for the vault dwellers the door opens and a couple ghouls come out
