i love winn dixie, i live in a college community and winn dixie is one of the grocery stores within walking distance. i'm really surprised to see how many organic foods they have and other items like stevia, agave and organic coffee. their prices are a lot cheaper on certain organic foods and stevia than the whole foods store.
its a healthy trolley load but I wouldn't have the olive oil spay. that's vile. have a small amount of organic butter. there is no need to have a fat phobia if you work out enough.
when cooking eggs I like to use olive oil or butter but the time window for both is too short..so the best alternative would be coconut oil..it's the best

Is it true you shoud eat more fish than meat? I heard it contains less fat and more protein. Ive been making sandwhiches with salmon in them and fishsticks for lunch in school I love fish. You just need to find protein sources from foods other than meat...so just look up foods online and write down how much protein each food has in it. Then just eat enough to fulfill your protein requirements. That may translate into more food but not necessarily.
What type of protein drink would you like? All of mine only have the protein and water lol...never TOO delicious as that usually equates to MORE calories:)

With it being a NEW YEAR and all, everyone seems to be working on their weight loss and fitness goals. The shops where I buy my vitamins are pushing all kinds of "fat burners" like Hydroxycut Max, Jet Fuel, Lipo6 etc... do any of these actually work or should we save our money and keep working hard???
I do not feel that a fat burner will "burn" your fat away. I do believe they may give you the necessary energy to workout. However, you have to be very careful with these products, because you can burn out your adrenal glands. And eventually you cannot workout and in more serious cases you cannot even function if you burned out your adrenal glands. So moderation is key here.

thanks Ava some good free advice, but one thing bothers me i know protein is built from amino acids but i use to by branch chain amino tablets but not any more,do i need them cos i never noticed a difference when i took them same with creatine,and is there any way u cud tell me how to eat egg whites other then hard boiled cos they sooooo bland.
Branch Chain Amino Acids are a great supplement immediately post workout, and if you are not consuming enough protein. However, if you can get your protein source preferable from real food, that's the way to go. The next best way would be to supplement with a protein shake,it is often hard to find the time in a day to cook 6 full meals. Now for the eggs, I personally never eat them hard boiled, only scrambled. I add seasonings, vegetables and hot sauce and that can make anything taste better!
