Yes, Selena was barley starting to get known in the English market, but with all of the Mexicanos, everyone knew Selena. Selena was known all over Mexico, Central, South America. She performed three times in the astrodome and those four times she broke the highest record attendance of seats payed for! Selena #1!!

Camera spent too much on mundane and inconsequential things. I want to see Selena and her band performing not people in the audience clapping and the stage in the middle of the astrodome. The upside, its one of my favorite songs.

they do but they only show the edited version on tv and the dvd. and it was darker during the 95 concert it was at night,this one was a matinee performance. they have many shots to choose from when editing, probably around 11 different cameras.

the matinee is the opening concert,it was earlier in the day because she was opening for david lee garza, in 95 she was the main act so she was at night and emilio opened for her. if you notice in the astrodome that the roof on top is see-through. you can clearly see the sunlight through the roof in many shots.

1993,1994,1995, Selena was the the main act. A mariachi band opened for her in 1993, Emilio Navaira, opened for her in 1995. I don't know who the opening act was for her in 1994.

A Mariachi Band was the opening act for this show. Had Selena been the opening act, the attendance record set that day, would've not counted for Selena. There's a video here on youtube of Selena closing the show singing "No Debes Jugar." when she leaves the stage, there's an announcer that says taht a new record was set. So, had Selena been the opening act, that record wouldn't have counted for her.

actually it was the mariachi band played during the part of the rodeo where they show the animals and stuff which is like 3 hours before the concert because ive been to one of the concerts at the rodeo. and david lee garza did open for her that day, i've seen the poster. in 1994 Ram Herrera opened for her.
