I think (but 100% sure) Bomb Man might be weak to Rolling Cutter in Mega Man Powered Up New Mode.
You know, I would've thought a Special Weapons Only run would involve more reluctance to use the weapons, seeing as they have limited use. Maybe it's best you're using them as you can; this is probably the trickiest entry of the Classic games (yes, even 3 and 9).

Yeah, he was. I totally forgot about that. ^_^*
I guess we can write it off as me testing the water, seeing how much I can shoot before I run out of ammo. I'll really have to get with the program on rationing when I get to Wily's fortress, though, since supplies don't restock between those levels.
