I am all for the robodear, and stopping poaching, even for game wardens doing their job, but this was ridicules and just being bullies. An empty gun in your trunk isn’t going to kill anything, and the man has a right to stop and look at deer on state land or otherwise, especially when it looks that good. The officer acted like he was pretty dang sure he had Bonnie and Clide in that car. This is freaking America you over inflated Gestapo.
If looking at a deer with gun in the trunk is poaching, is walking by Victoria Secret with a set in your jeans cheating? Those cops are not serving the public.

Everyone here is bitching and complaining about the Game Warden (uneducated rookie officer), but the truth is, YOU ARE PAYING HIS SALARY... every time you purchase a hunting license, you are paying an asshole like the one you see in the video. I don't buy hunting or fishing licenses anymore and you shouldn't neither!

@jwdundon I'm pretty sure it's only on state land they can actually charge you with poaching if you have a rifle because you can't have one in the first place on state land. But I may be wrong, that's just what I've been told.

He did not ask to search the trunk, he ORDERED the guy to open his trunk!!! WTF he violated his 4th amendment constitutional right to search... the fucking cop didn't have a search warrant!!! Also, the second amendment grants every citizen the right to bear arms... even if the guy had a gun, there is nothing the cop could rightfully do since it is our second amendment right! YOU SHOULD GRADUATE UNIVERSITY with at least a BA in LAW before you stick up for a dumb ass cop like this.
I wanted to see them catch a poacher, not a lookie loo... What a let down. Talk about anti climatic. Is there a part two where they get a real poacher?
