Even if it were possible for the Earth Humans to consume all of the oil on the planet Earth. Even if this were possible. There is plenty of petroleum and gasses on other planets/moons. It is rather common. Earth Human's called Germans developed in the 1930's the technology to produce oil. The problem was at that time, it took more energy to make then the energy it could produce.
