I'm 33 and my doc won't refer me to the surgeon yet. i go in for cortisone shot next week. I really want to get it resurfaced as opposed to replaced cuz of my age.

Congrats on your new hip - I just got mine done two weeks ago - Jul 14 - and am doing much better now.... Your comments are similar to what I experienced (I'm 47)...
