  • well 1st of all hello from Greece.

    I bought a JL 125 - C About 21 monthns ago.

Just for city bike cause i own a Suzuki Bandit 400 V And an Africa Twin 750.

    Each one for different usage....

Note than i bought the JL 125 C only for 1000 euros brand new so i know every single damage.

Anyway. My jinlun has 30,000 Km till now with very very hard usage and it has no prob exept some plastic parts. But who cares for plastic parts?Anytime you can strengthen em.

    James.

  • How cool is my Daughter April in this video? Shes in Black walking into shot on the engine cover (",)

  • They would never get a rep like Harley. Harley Davidson started in 1906, Jinlun don't even have a bike over 250cc yet.

Granted I've had 2, and still have one of them in my garage, but they're the kind of bike you use to learn on and move onto something that feels more real under your ass.

  • @SteveBlues87 or maby some people like my self dont feel like they want to get anything to powerful yes granted Harleys are beautful but they are so fucking over priced and they break down in wet weater all the time it's may be fine over in the statesd owning 1 but hear you really got to think about it because it's pissing down most times and I love my jinny and she has a personalty of her own and loads of people ask me about her adn she is way louder than ANY harley FACT!!!

  • @Cradlefan100 lol. Louder? If you mean the annoying whining noise that sounds like a swarm of bees sure. I put open pipes on my first Jinlun, but it's not a nice sound. Harleys rumble, it's a nice deep sound that doesn't need to be loud.

Jinluns break down in all kinds of weather, even the sun. The chrome is so thin that it washes off when you clean it. My friend was a Jinlun fanatic, he had 4 of them built in his garage and one in bits. I sold him my first one which is how I met him.

  • None of them were any older than 5 before they started failing on everything.

I had a Honda Rebel which was 14 years old and still ran like new (See my videos for it). I also had a Virago which was a 1997 and ran like new, better than ANY Jinlun or chinese bike I've owned (Also see my video for this beautiful Virago).

I know a lot about bikes. You might love your Jinlun, but wait till it stats cutting out at traffic lights, you'll sell it buy a new one, love that one to bits until it fails too

  • @SteveBlues87 well no it dont sound liek a swarm of bees lucky for me I bought a V twin from the states and riped out the old 125cc and put a 1200 in so itit the fastest jinny out there lol and the pipes are openpipes and have a nice deep rumble but granted the chrome is paper thin wich is very annoying @ some point I want to get a rocker C but for now im happy with my jinny

  • @Cradlefan100 You put a 1200 v-twin inside a Jinlun frame? I want pictures....

  • @SteveBlues87 so do I???

  • @SteveBlues87 They have a V Twin 400 modelbased on a yamaha XV535 only there i=one looks alot better!

  • @gripper021164 Yeah it's the challenger or whatever it's called. The latest 250cc cruiser. The engine is based off a Yamaha XV250, but the bike design itself, I'm pretty sure is original.

Lifan do a Virago XV250 clone bike, and also a clone of the Dragstar XVS250. Also, there's a couple other manufacturers who do the Virago 250 clone, Daelim I think is one of them.

  • jinlun have really made a name for there self now but i think i will be a few more years till they get a rep like harley davidson
