This is not in d minor, however... I tried to play it and there were way more flats than simply the b flat. It should be played in d minor, but it's nonetheless just as great.

Any classical piece with the name "La Folia" - no matter the composer - seems to be endlessly repettitive. This composition unfortunately follows suit, in the most maddening way...
