Changes from 1 April 2011 UK
From 1 April 2011 the rates for Local Housing Allowance will be reduced across the country:
Weekly excess
The maximum £15 weekly excess that some customers can get will be removed.
Limits on payments
A limit will be introduced so that Local Housing Allowance does not exceed:£250 a week for a one bedroom property (including shared accommodation)
£290 a week for a two bedroom property
£340 a week for a three bedroom property
£400 a week for a four bedroom property

What pushed the banks to carry these loans? Bill Clinton made it the law because Obama and ACORN were suing banks for red lining. Obama had many ACORN people apply for loans in bad areas, then when they were turned down he sued the banks claiming racism as the reason they were turned down, not lack of credit. He used the race card then, just as he uses it now. Obama and ACORN are the root cause of this mess.
