They movie , if they make one , should be purely CGI, i know there are money issues but thats the only way they can get the space marines , tyranids, the lot to look like they really would. they should use the same grafics as the dow2 trailer, that would be awesome.

I expect the main reason GW haven't released a movie is funding; whether you opt for an FX driven live action or pure CGI, it takes an awful lot of time and money to bring a movie to completion. Unfortunately in Europe that kind of funding is hard to come by

This movie looks like crap and has equally crappy actors like most B movies. I would think GW wants a movie done correctly using Hollywood quality and production values. Hell even Beowulf which was full CGI looks better then this crap.
GW can't authorise the release of the movie. simply because of anal german copyright laws. for the film to be released the publishers must own the I.P. since GW can't and won't give over their rights of GW products to a fan just so they can release the film, it has hit a dead end.
