I have AMD Phenom X3 8650 2.3 GHz (STOCK)...Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB....4 GB RAM and I play maxed out with more than 100 FPS.It may drop to 80-90 sometimes but it's damn awesome.

yep...When I played on my old PC (6600gt and amd 2800+) low settings were great for me ;),but now even max settings aren't very impressive.
