@gertjie0 lol, pay close attention, his items aren't dropping because he has over a hundred of them, look closely next to the first number digit, theres a line where a third number should be, when the game was programmed they didn't put in the concept of moving digits when you get over a hundred....i only know this for a fact because i personally have over 300 of each heal
