Actually, Glenn Rambo (r.i.p), was the original vocalist for Soilent Green.

Ben took over on the Pussysoul album AFAIK. Sadly, Glenn Rambo perished in the clusterfuck known as Hurricane Katrina. Falgoust is an amazing vocalist, frontman for two of the best metal bands around, I will admit that!

These guys are amazing. I first heard them back in June, when they were on tour with Dethklok. I had never heard of them before, but after I watched them perform, I loved em! After the show, I got to meet Scott and Ben. We had a nice chat. They're really nice guys. At least they're not stuck up like a lot of other bands are. =/ This by far is my favorite song from the album though.

Yeah. I never heard of them either until I went to see Chimaira in July. Soilent Green performed right before them and I was blown away. They were definitely my favorite opening band that night. I hugged the lead singer after the concert. He's nice. :) As I was driving away, he waved. ;) lol.

I actually didn't like Soilent Green very much. I also went to the Dethklok concert, and I think Chimaira was the best personally. Soilent Green isn't bad, I just didn't like them. I thought Chimaira was the best, then Dethklok then Soilent Green. But when Chimaira played Ressurection I was moshing like crazy it was awesome and headbanging nonstop.

I'm from the NOLA region and I'm a hard rock and metal journalist/reporter so I know EyeHateGod, Goatwhore, DOWN, etc.

In fact, last weekend I heard straight out of JAMEY JASTA's (HATEBREED, KINGDOM OF SORROW, ICEPICK) mouth that Kirk Windstein's getting CROWBAR back together for a show with both GOATWHORE and KINGDOM OF SORROW! :-D

Love SOILENT GREEN though. Nice to see both of Ben's bands thriving so nicely on Metal Blade.
