I was born in 1974, So my stretch toy was real old skool... the stretch monster.

I also picked one up on ebay a while back... still mean, green, and soft..but I dont risk stretching him much.

Hey guys I would just like to let everyone know I bought some of the smaller vac-pac guys (vac mans heroic enemys) I got the entire set with the original box and the set is called "vactory" I will be doing a review on it as soon as I recieve it in the mail.

I actually got one of those off of E-bay about a year ago, the only problem with mine is that one of the figures has a gaping hole in it's elbow and all of the little guns that attach to their shoulders are missing, on the upside it came with three extra figures and an unopened bag of sand to fill the figures with, anyway great review and can't wait to hear your thoughts on the vactory.

@oxleymations yeah I have the vactory, its missing some things the cool thing was I had all of the little vac guys and most of their weapons, but I went to suck the air out of two of them and then stretched it and then BOOM mini grains of shit all over my room.. was not a fun hour lol I still have the other guys and the original box it came in if your interested in it by any chance.

Mine was blue and I loved the shit out of that toy, it's one of a handful of toys I remember from my childhood (born in 1990, not sure when I got the toy as a present). If I recall, I somehow broke it and my poor Vac-Man got thrown away. Sadness :( they should re-release this group of toys (inc. Stretch Armstrong)

Man, I remember this. Having been born in '85, I was blessed enough to have grown up back when we had great toys like this. I had Stretch, his dog Fetch, and VacMan. It's too bad they don't make things like this anymore. We live in such a technological era now, that instead of parents getting their kids Stretch Armstrongs, Lego, and Batman action figures for Christmas, they're getting their kids cell phones and iPods. It's really pathetic. They're robbing their kids of their childhood.

he will be able to stretch but the pump sucks all the air out of him and thats what makes him stretch really far and his skin gets all hard. you really need to get a pump to have lots of fun with him.

I had Vac Man when i was just 5 years old i remember him as one of the best toys of all time with one of the best gimmicks along with that. I always though his body looked like plasticine when you stretched him. I bought another vac man off of ebay a while ago for 100 dollars. I miss the past alot so somtimes i put my well earnt money into buying toys that relive my childhood. Up next is all the might max playsets and beast wars transformers =D
