Thanks for posting this, about the Kawai K1m - a cool synth when programmed optimally. The factory sounds are nowhere nearly as good as the K1m is capable of producing. The best synth patches for this classic synth can be found at manymidi.com
@novanine9 hi sorry for the late response, i've been using my new youtube account "Macgreez" for all my new uploads. Yes the sweeps were done using the LFO on the Syb. and the beginning synth patches were a mix of choir and I believe a sine wave going through a sample and hold LFO. I later used a synth square lead.
@Macgreez - thanks so much for getting back with me on this. I JUST got mine and am using it, primarily, on guitars but will run all sorts of audio sounds through it, as I am a recording artist working on my album.
Question...these long sweeps in your video...are they processing an audio passage from your Kawai or a you just holding down a chord?

question...i don't see that you are playing the kawai synth...is it just a matter of a sustained note...
or does the syb5 sustain the notes on it's own
sounds awesome!

@MrTeamRemix - thanks for the reply. what did the original sound of the kawai sound like?
was it an electric piano or some basic sine or saw wave?
or more percussive piano tone?
or was it a sustained fm synth-like pad?
I am trying to gauge what is done by the syb

Uh ... I didnt know that guitar effects can used for synthies. So the the K1 sounds much better like analog :-)
