Why does the government have to keep me from my retirement money? Isn't this my personal property and isn't it guaranteed in the constitution? Where does the government get off by taxing and penalizing the hell out of me if I want to use MY hard earned money. I now only contribute what my company matches which is 4% and the rest goes to ME to manage as I feel!!

Oh, you might want to research our gov. They are planning on pooling all 401k retirement accounts because social security is broke.

CAVUTO! How can you sit there and tell Americans that the government will take better care of their money? I agree with Mr. Gunderson's points. I have experienced the 401k nazis keep me from my money. This situation also reminds me of how the states have gone down this road. They relinquished responsibilities afforded them in the constitution to the federal government and look at the big mess the fed's have us in!
