Actually forget what I just said below, dove being shot far away is reasonable because it's bird shot being used so it can take out a little dove with a few pellets from it.

@cbr6864 if anything its a bit underpwoered, realistically a shotgun can kill dove from quite a bit away, not rifle far but still much farther than you can kill someone with shotgun in halo

I been watching other MLG and there is a lot of different types. Like you seem rather calm, I am pretty good, i play MLG so i call myself MLG too. But i am hyper with my gameplay i play on 10, i must be able to look around fast, predict movements and stuff like that. But i noticed that it depends what your good at, i thought all MLG did things in a snap, but you seem rather calm but rreally good, your beter at sniping then i am i can tell that.

1. spam on the center of mass to get 4 quick shots off

2. wait for your accuracy to regenerate (you don't have to do it fully, as long as their head takes up the space of your circle) and pop off the headshot

3. As I said before, if you let it regenerate halfway and they are close enough that their head takes up most of the space, you have a REALLY good chance of popping off the headshot, so long as your aim doesn't suck.

@R2ROVas there are soo many reasons. its called an ogre twitch it was developed from playing pc games where the reticle would need calibration when it wasnt being used so spinning it would make it more responsive this turned into a habit for console gameing. Now the reason i did it was to constantly check my sensitivity to make sure i was aware of my sensitivity bc even when your on a streak you can get flustered and sometimes forget.

@willemixi its an old trick from halo 2 when your gun is poking out your body is wider and your gun has a hit marker on it so if you look down your slimmer and your not sticking out as much. In halo 3 you used to be able to hit somebodys gun and if they were one shot you could get the kill so looking down makes you a somewhat smaller target.

@LP5657 Yup, happened to the focus rife too. If you switch from a DMR to a sniper quick enough, it will replace the ammo counter. There was a hell of a lot of small bugs like that in the beta. Nothing to big though. Bungie has a very stable engine.
