To all the people who posted comments, you are the ones confused! "Somaly" is a common name in the Cambodian culture. There are different ways of spelling it. The person is not making a reference towards the country. So before calling people "confuced" (learn how to spell) and stupid, get your facts straight. Look at the flag in the background. Thats the Cambodian flag. Now how about you go educate yourself buddy?!
