@BECCALETULLE If you still don't know,you have to have Lakilester(Chapter 6).You go down into the tunnels,go right using Sushie,then go left through some door and then proceed left.You will eventually see the chest.
@janosiadam No, Spin Jump (Ground Pound) is done by the exact same input as Tornado Jump. Once you get the Ultra Boots, it is impossible to do a Spin Jump.
