I just got this gun, and I found out that there is a metal piece inside the handguard that prevents you of having a rail mounted in that part. Is in the half of the handguard closest to the mag. Did yours have the same thing?

@sammaxwell12 Yes it did but it isn't held in by anything, the sides just sit in a small hole and if you squeeze the sides around the outside of the metal it'll pop right out. It's not necessary!

@r2323r23 Just the lower reciever is. I got it back when we had to have clear lowers. I'm currently searching for a metal lower and upper.
