@Hagashager well the game was developed by college students, so I dont think the sole target audience were little kids maybe twelve & up. that & the 1st game is a bit difficult with some of the puzzles.

Search "Braindead 13" and that is the lenient part (Watch any video of it except the complete story and keep in mind it's rated KA/E)

and the other side of the spectrum is the Neverhood games

The scene never ended, it just kinda kept scratchily repeating the part with that wolf thingy getting cut in half.
