Who came up first w/the title "Made In Japan" - FTB or Deep Purple?

There definitely wouldn't be Japanese metal bands like Loudness or EZO if not for these guys. FTB & Blues creation paved the way for those Japanese metal bands that came out in the late 70's or all through the 80's. This is the best metal Iron Maiden never made. This guy sounds a little like Bruce Dickinson.
