OK, you're ignoring a rule here. No army can have more than one unique figure of the same name. There were two Marro Hives and I think I saw two Drakes. Both of which are unique heroes. Another thing, one of your "elves" is a giant, not a troll. I don't mean to be offensive, but you need to pay more attention.

Ok so heres kinda a dumb question, but I just started Heroscape, like 3 days ago, so bear with me...

Do you have to have the same army all in 1 squad? Like, can only the people who fight for Jandar be in the same army? Can you put like, Ullar and Jandar in the same army and fight with them?

yeah you can mix, unless your partner or the tournament says you can't, but normally they will let you
