I think the main reason why HHH and HBK reunited DX in 2006 was the simple fact that they couldn't leave their legacy as enemies. I mean as a DX fan, 2002 is still enbedded in my mind as HHH did the ultimate heel turn, making everyone think DX was getting back together. No one knew if it would actually happen, in their hearts, they knew it had to happen.
