There are so many excellent live recordings of the late Vern Gosdin that were filmed for various television programs. We need to find and encourage a record label to release these historic recordings. These would make perfect live albums. It's unfair that Michael Jackson has dozens of official and unofficial live recordings, yet Vern is overlooked because his music is country.

One of my friends is a well known Gospel singer.. he and I talked for a while one night.. he knew Vern. . he said he was such a humble man.. with a heart of gold. Just the nicest man a person anyone could ever meet.. He really sang from the heart.. and and gave from his heart..Everytime I hear one of his songs.. you can actually feel it in yours.. God rest his soul...
