  • I only really remember Hot Chocolate for their smooth hits of the 70's/80's and not for this track as it came out in '71. Oh and of course for the distinctive Errol Brown! Didn't really warm to the HT I knew but this track is much more raw and I really rate it!

  • when this song came out i was going with a very good looking girl and i married her and she is still a very good looking woman and i still love her after all them years ago

  • @07may1946

How sweet...hope you got her a nice Xmas pressie.

  • I guess one person doesnt believe in love...

  • this song brings me back when i used to go with a very good looking girl does were the days i just wonder where she is to day

  • @clivegb1 Hey I remember hearing this song when I was fifteen and calling for some fish n chips in Derby after goin to the local baths! that was back in1970-71 if memory serves! Happy memories indeed.

  • @ jasonfury In the beginning Tony Wilson was the leadsinger. There's also a vid here on yt where you see the band play this song.

  • did Errol sing the lead on this or it one of the other members? , the lead vocal sounds so unlike the other hits that he sang on

  • Stan Cat, you or four family may never see this video or my comment. But you are a legend, cos you used o play this tune on your acoustic guitar back in th day. YTou are late now, but these tunes keep you alive forever brother. I salute you. We came from dark times. Chatsworth Durban South Africa. But we da music and dat wuz fine for a while

  • this played while at a friends house, I was 16 or so and he went upstairs with the girl I really fancied. I still fancy you, Gill.

  • very nice song

  • I am transported back to a holiday on the Isle of Wight when this was a hit (Hot Chocolate's first, I think). When it came on the radio I stopped in a layby in my 1963 Mini to listen to it on my National Pansonic portable radio (that passed for an "in-car" sound system in those days!). Happy memories!

  • there best attempt at anytype of music" brilliant "

  • Haunting, seductive, romantic and sensual. And I'm not even female. But this song brings back my early memories living in Africa in the 70s and 80s, and you could sing this to a woman.

    Thanks for posting.

  • @beingbrave ..Yes great song by Tony Wilson of Hot Chocolate. But the 1976 solo release of this singer in the album "I Like Your Style" feature the best songs ever in an album, only matched by Michael Jackson's monster albums - Off The Wall and Thriller.
