dude tune up on the skills a little so squirrly on the turns . watch my vid a little blurry but you get the picture . alll in all good vid brah . 5 stars cuz its seal!! TEAM HARBOUR!!!
I'd bet the stinky water, crappy town and bottoming-out property values haven't changed much in 10 years. Seal Beach sucks and always did. Some fine surfers ride there though.
uh, you are right on a few points, except for the bottoming out property values. My uncle owns a house on the hill that I think is up to 2 mil now. And yes, some really good riders come from there. Most people you see in the Longboard rags these days are from Seal and Bolsa areas.
I lived on 8th Street in Seal from 1968 to 1972, across from the Municipal Building. When we moved in, the Municipal Building lot was just a playground with swings and a merry-go-round. I learned to body surf there. I was 9 and 10 and 11 and twelve years old.
whats up chris i probly knew you. i happened upon your vid. reminds me of the good ol days. my name is dave roberts, i was surfing seal at that time im sure with you and bursinger and the rest of the boys.
I am Chris Powers I was also on the Los AL team Graduated in 98. I helped start it with the Old Coach Billy and Eric Bursinger and the rest of the old crew.

Thank you. The video was done in 1999 so seal beach may have changed since then.

Nice Footage! Dig the cross step and all the Hang 5's. This guy has to get back in the water.
