i know people talk about all these dream matches, and they never happen, and that's ok to think "what if"? so here is what I think wwf would have done if the game Triple H never went down with his first quad injury that caused him to miss this entire invasion storyline.

What the reason is, I don't know. What I do know is this: Before HBK came back, Rock was competing on Raw and Smackdown every week. After he came back, Rock made a return in July 02 to win the Undisputed Title one more time, then after he dropped the belt to Lesnar we hardly saw him again.

Also I've heard the Rock talk in promos about HBK and he talks about Shawn with some real venom.
