I've been looking for this track for a long time. At long last I have found it. This piece of music is something I hold very dear to me, as I used to play MGS2 all the time when I was younger, while also firing up The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 often.

If you can find it, The Document of MGS2 is well worth getting for fans of Metal Gear. Just be aware that (apart from the five MGS2: Substance VR Missions) there is no actual gameplay in it.
There is also 5 VR stages and you can look at all the items that came out for MGS2. It's like a encyclopedia for MGS2. It has a timeline for example with links to pictures and videos.

Before, I guess, because it came with some VR missions to try before Substance was released.
