He is a good artist but thats it!!!! No more than that. What I am trying to say is that he creates new things, interesting visual objects, but at the end, nobody is going to remember his art in the art books, because where is the beauty in his art? WHere is the human intensity and the divinity in his paintings. For example: The Asias are creating beautiful paintings, using traditional techniques and they are the best in the art shows, selling hundred millions.

you obviously dont understand or appreciate the importance of subtlety, poetics, or the very ordinary joy of making...of being creative. there is no divinity in human beings, just a temporary spark of life. more people should try to explore such minuscule enjoyment and stop kidding themselves with the grandiose.
