Stepmania does that too; it cuts it off when the steps end. Why not just have the last note really long or add some sporadic notes throughout the end?

Also, I see you're using colored notes? Hmm? I thought those were lame?

This is ITG, where you have no choice but to use those. You can hollow out the arrows, but you can't change their color, unless it's the equivalent of "flat" on DDR.
