- 4:3 HQ: 640x480

- 16:9 HQ: 854x480

- 4:3 HD: 960x720

- 16:9 HD: 1280x720

Bitrate: YT needs at least 0,5MB for HQ, and 2 MB for HD. I have it at 2 and 4 respectively so the quality of the file on my computer is better.

Rendered as an mp4.

Hope this helps a bit.

(And personally, I wouldn't want you to go HD, since that requires a 2MB connection to watch fluidly, and I have half of that T.T And you don't have a HQ version then, only LQ.)
