It's mad to think that season 2 was the highest rated season of one tree hill, but I can't understand why when season 4 had this unbelievable episode. It's actually amazing. It just reminds you of the last episode of season 1, in the play-offs, and Mouth says "and Luke for the win" and he misses the 3 pointer. Still get nervous watching this ha. Tv at it's best :)

Ok I'll give this to you, the couples in season 2 REALLY did suck lol but...

Peyton's speech to the principal. When she took a stand by writing dyke on her shirt, didnt you think that was a cool moment for her?

And Nathan being upset about Haley? That did suck, but it made for an interesting season 3 when they had to mend the relationship. And the finale when he opens the door n shes standing there? Great scene!

This definitely has a case for being #1. I guess high school graduation is tough to beat, but I don't think most people realize what an incredible feeling it is to win a state championship like this. Then again, the high school graduation is so symbolic of the entire show, but at the same time, the Ravens winning this game is symbolic and amazing as well because, as we often forget, this show was originally based and centered around basketball.
