I think this is more for women who don't have wrists as strong as men. I definitely need the wrap more over the knuckles but I do more or less the same thing you're doing here.
@SaintOfSin21 Yeah take his advice I bought th 108 they were to small. 180 is better I say even for small hands too never a bad thing to be extra safe especially for upcoming rookies.
depends on what length you are looking for. Wal-Mart should carry the 108 inches 1s. But if u are looking for the 180 which she is using in this vid, then you will most likely have to order them online from Everlast or something

you do it EXACTLY the same way i do it.
my teacher taught me a bit different but i think this way is better

Can you fight with just the wraps on, or will that make your punch softer? (Not as hard)?
