If you have cats you know they make noise when they eat, well peanut-butter takes a while to dissolve, so every time they masticate this type of sound is created. Don't try it. The cat has trouble digesting the food and it is bad for them. People have animals and know so little about them. The cat is not saying no and it is cruel not cute.
