OMG ! 1:20, the men clean the windscreen with AGAX. I'm chocked, because my mother use AGAX in my house for clean the windows ! But I love the very good job of JustPlane ! If you can read this message, you're the best ! I love tour videos, they are so cool and I love the aircraft ( yes, I want to begin pilot of line ), and your videos are very instructive. I am quite sure that the smoky engine is burning too rich. Too much fuel getting into the combustion chamber, and not all of it is burning - hence the smoke.

The smoky number1 on the Caravelle is nothing serious. Those old engines burned a lot of oil and although it could probably do with a clean and service, I'm sure it's safe. Remember the engines on an aircraft are very rarely the same age as they get changed frequently throughout it's life. It was actually quite interesting as the oil smoke shower the direction of the reverse thrust on touchdown!

@speedbird7471 maybe for 2 reasons

1_because the airplane is so old ,, and in old days they didnt care about saving environments so they didnt put filters in the engines to reduce the burning smoke

2_Because the quality of the kerosene is too bad
