like cops are ever going to do that I called that in once told them it was like negligent homicide and got the response these problems are only dealt with if a police officer catches them in the act... Hows that for protection?

unfortunelty thats how alot of people in florida drive. if they tried to do that in dc/md/va area, they would have gotten a ticket.
