Same for me: due to a default my camera was not corectly closed and a lillle water came inside. Oregon FR didn't reply to my several emails, I manage to talk to customer service but they didn't want to chage or repair it neither to offer me a discount...
Good product , bad after sale service , so be careful !
If you break the front glass it is not covered by warranty and despite the guarantee description Oregon 'do not' have a repair centre or designated service agent... All 5 repair specialists I have seen will not fix the camera. I am left with a crack that now is suseptable to misting and no longer waterproof.
