it is really sucks and will never install Wane Dalton product. And, now they even don't supply parts to repair the crap iDrive TorqueMaster. The customer service told me I had to install new opener. Fxxx! Big disappointed.

The Wayne Dalton iDrive is a piece of crap. If the TorqueMaster torsion system supports it you should have gone for a LiftMaster 3800. Otherwise you should have gone for a Wayne Dalton ProDrive.
Still no problems with that one. Knock on wood. I know all to well that they are crap. I am a die hard liftmaster fan. I like the 3800. No problems or complaints from...Google wayne dalton sucks....LMAO....

I've had two motors burn out on my Wayne Dalton iDrive unit over a two year period. I will never buy another Wayne Dalton garage door open.
