@Dday21Mom I've been listening to the Duet album in my car and gosh ... I love it. What a great pairing. When I was a kid my mom had this album and her Show Time lp ... drove my parents crazy listening to them. Been a fan ever since .. and that was 1963 !! Oh, I know. Her son Terry said she could have continued singing but she felt she was not up to her high standard. He said she still had a wonderful voice.

She sings a song as if she's singing it just for you - brings it home everytime !

Well - Doris recorded around 600 songs - so there's a lot to choose from !

Some of her songs are so beautiful I didn't want to put a lot of pictures - just listen to the songs. She's so great !

Actress Mia Farrow has lost the first of her brood.

Lark Previn, the Vietnamese-born adopted daughter of Farrow and musician Andre Previn, died on Christmas Day, the medical examiner said Monday. Lark Previn, 35, a mother of two girls, had been ailing for a decade. A cause of death was not released.

Her two daughters, Sara, 13, and Christine, 12, sat in the front row at her wake last night at a Brooklyn funeral home.
