  • Yes, we are saved by the grace of God and that is the work of the Holy Spirit..!!!

  • We're saved by the works of th holy spirit? i thought i was saved by the grace of God o.O??

  • @Mandracchia007 undeserving people like us being given the Holy Spirit to strive through is grace of God. yet if you don't know who has been give to you for your own self, how can u survive? You need the Holy Spirit to be HOLY as God is Holy. whom when you interact with Holy Spirit, He will make you strong to withstand the temptations of this wicked age. if you don't depend on Him there is no victory whatsoever. Seek the baptism of Holy Spirit with praying in gift of tongues. Pray about it

  • when a person is born again they recieve him as LORD AND SAVIOR, unfortunatly many just recieve him as savior, they have a head knowlege but no heart salvation, they have not surendered their wills to him, they have a religion but no real relationship, go to gtm.org listen to message 2846 and especially 2644 UNDERSTANDING THE ATTONEMENT

  • Oh I love God... Awe King David and King Saul I really need to go to the Bible...

  • GenoArk. Amen :D Finally someone who knows the truth. I worry about those who believe because they said some prayer that they are forever saved and can go on living however they want

  • I totally agree with you. When you truly let Jesus in your heart, you don't want to sin. You constantly keep your thoughts and mouth in check. When you love someone, the last thing you want to do is to let them down...especially the Savior of your soul! If you take advantage of his grace then your in for a rude flaming awakening. Anytime I am tempted to sin, I focus even harder on the Lord until the temptation goes away. Blessed be the Christ forever and ever!

  • Really good and interesting video. I don't really buy into once saved always saved, as most churches teach it. And when I see these same churches openly teach it is ok to break God's commandments and teaching people to break the Sabbath, I have to wonder if they are right. I guess I see breaking the Sabbath as a mark of a church that isn't right with God.

But I never thought of those bible passages about grace in that light nor have I seen anyone else show those in that light. Interesting.

  • @LiquidSmooth Where do you see that the Sabbath saves?Book of Galatians is clear about the law is it not? And where in the Bible other than Israel is the sabbath spoken to?

  • We will not lose our salvation ONLY if we: Persist "in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life." (Rom 2:7)● Bear good fruit or get thrown into the fire (Jn. 15:6; Mt. 7:19; 3:10).● Sow to please the Spirit to reap eternal life (Gal. 6:8).● Stand firm through hatred to the end to be saved (Mt. 10:22).Be an overcomer and faithful follower to escape the lake of fire (Rev. 21:7,8; 2:10,11; 17:14).

  • John 6:44 tells us that God determines who comes to Jesus and then Jesus ,Himself, keeps them saved. After God makes us born again, belief and repentance are then granted to us by God.We are reminded everyday why we need a Savior, because our sinful flesh is our worst enemy, constantly warring with the Holy Spirit who lives in the believer. The evidence that Jesus has saved us,is the fruit that is produced in our life and our attitude towards sin,we are not to live as we did anymore, but we still sin.

  • @CBALLEN If you continue in sin, then you have neither seen Him or known Him. You must forsake your sins, seek Christ's forgiveness and cleansing. By His grace He gives us power over the temptations that come of the flesh.

  • I think, what you mean is how we can be saved and enter the Kingdom of God through the Grace of Salvation. The Salvation is the Grace of God through Christ. We can enter the Kingdom of God if we believe in the Grace: Jesus Christ died for us, rose again for us, to repair the relationship between the people and God through His Holy Blood. If we believe in Jesus Christ, that means we will follow Him, and let the Holy Spirit work in our heart so that will produce the FRUITS of the Spirit.

  • superb teaching...God bless.

  • Thank you. So few have a grasp on what grace is. We over-spiritualize (and contradict) words that are in the Bible when we plainly know their English definition. When a skilled dancer or singer performs we say "they are so graceful." Why? Because they appear to do it effortlessly. Graceful means effortless. Christians should walk without sinning almost effortlessly because the Spirit of God is in them. But we are giving effort, it's called obedience, and His commands are not burdensome.

  • but how many of you can say that you never sin? I have tried to be perfect just to see how far i could go with it. I about drove myself crazy! but i do ask for forgiveness. if we are to stop sinning then what do we need Jesus for?

  • @TheCurious253 don't try to be perfect but rather ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and pray in the morning and at night always on your knees and read the Bible daily and it will keep you sinless. For greater grace goes to the humble.

So that praying on knees keeps you humble. Jesus did it and many others like Daniel who were holy and righteous. God bless

  • @TheCurious253 that makes more sense. a lot of christians tell me..."oh, you're doing this wrong, and that wrong." until i am just fatigued trying to watch every little step i take. well, i don't always have a long prayer to ask for forgiveness, but sometimes i just ask in my head whenever i catch myself doing something sinful. even if it's small.

  • There is nothing you can do to be saved. There are a lot of people out there doing good works and think that they are alright with God Luk 13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, ( I know you not )whence ye are; depart from me, all ye (workers of iniquity. ) YOU CAN DO GOOD ALL THE DAYS OF YOUR LIFE AND STILL DIE AND GO DOWN TO A DEVILS HELL . Jesus said lest ye REPENT ye shall ALL like wise PERISH and where I am ye cannot come.Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

  • God bless ya friend, you have helped me to do some work on similar subject with the Scriptures you keep on quoting. You are a child of God, be strong in every way and shall see you in heaven.

  • Great message. Jesus said if we love Him, we will keep His commandments. Many are spreading the doctrine that we don't need to give up our sin, that we can just do whatever we want. I disagree. Sin makes slaves of us all - who would want to be a slave anyway? Not me :-) The entire Bible shows us a picture of a Holy God that hates sin - that hasn't changed.

  • @texasauthor1 I agree with you about trying to follow the commandmendts, and i don't want to be a slave to sin either, but i also don't want to be a slave to trying to be perfect.

  • Quote the verse properly, Jesus told the man: "keep the commandments" - The Torah (Matthew 5:17-19). Jesus never taught grace, not one scripture can be found from Jesus' teachings. Jesus taught obedience to the Law. Paul taught salvation by grace, a later addition. Now who are we to believe Jesus or Paul?

  • Great message. I can remember the day as if it was yesterday when I spoke to God, Saying I can noy do this without you.He heard me. He saved me. He gave me the Holy Spirit. peace and joy

    God Bless

a humble slave to the Lord Jesus

  • THIS IS CLARIFICATION OF THIS VIDEO.

    1. The ability to overcome sin is grace

    2. grace is given to the humble who abides in Christ whom comes through the Holy Spirit.

    3. without this grace it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep Holy.

    4. Therefore NO ONE can boast that their works can save them because technically it is HOLY SPIRIT (Jesus Christ) whom gives you strength to overcome sin.

  • 5. you can't overcome sin with your works. Only abiding in Jesus whom gives grace unto you.

    6. JUST BELIEVING IS NOT ABIDING IN CHRIST. THE WORKS SHOW whether you are abiding in the devil or abiding in Christ.

    7. The FAITH IS that God will give you the POWER to overcome ALL temptations, and faith is not just believing in Jesus.

  • I agree with numbers 1 through 6. However, number 7 shows that you haven't really understood what Jesus said in many verses in the NT. He said "whosoever believeth in me shall not come unto condemnation but is passed from death unto life". He said that whoever believe and confess the Lord Jesus shall not perish but have EVERLASTING life. We weren't good enough to get saved in the start. How then could we lose THE gift from God? The Gift IS JESUS! It is by grace alone, through faith that works!

  • If you read the Hebrew version of the Bible believing means "faithful" so it translates whosoever is faithful in believing.

  • The point is this. If a person is TRULY saved, he SHALL DO GOOD, and SHALL not abide in sin. If a person say he is Christian, yet he abides in sin, then he IS NOT born again. The point is not losing one's salvation. The point is that that "Christian" NEVER had SALVATION in the FIRST place! Amen.

  • no there is no such thing as truly saved etc... its a process of getting to know Jesus and you start following Him. the word Christian comes in the Bible only once. the word Disciple however comes in the bible 208 times.

You must be a disciple not a sunday christian.

  • No i don't base my faith on other person's theories and interpretations. I base my faith on what God told me in person. by the way read the WHOLE BIBLE.

  • You need to read the WHOLE Bible.

  • Ask the Holy Spirit to speak out of you pray fervently for hours and then speak to him and let God talk freely whatever comes in to mind.

  • what you've said is very true.

    God Bless you

  • Your videos are very encouraging. They are actually helping me stay on the right path to Jesus. Thank you so much brother. My prayers and love go out to you. I ask of you to please pray for me. Pray that I will not give into temptation. Please my brother. God Bless.

  • Oh my gosh! I love you so much in jesus name. Thank you so much for your online ministry and be encourage child of yahushah.

  • AMEN BROTHER. BE BLESSED.

  • Thankyou God bless you too

  • Right on brother! Speak the truth! AMEN!!!!!

  • I agree with you. Baptism + works = salvation. However, If God truly saves someone, the person will be able to bear right fruits. So I came to a conclusion that everyone is right. Born again people really don't know if they are meant to be or not. If they are meant to be, they will be able to carry it on.

  • Obedience to Jesus is a matter of decision! Come on, we must take resposibility! The Kingdom of God is not for sissies. It is hard work and determination, self control. We decide to be weak, give in to temptation. We can walk away any time. It is our decision up to the end. We are not captives, we are voluntary followers. If we want to stay in the race we must stick to the rules! Nobody is forcing us. We disqualify ourselves through our own vasilation.God Bless!

  • You are right. :)
