Two things:

1. I guess Shendu is trying to be fair to his siblings by only destroying Asia. They already are hard to please. (On top of that, he's probably the youngest) XD

2. I find it kinda disturbing that people are thinking that 10 year old is hot and sexy. Just noticed some comments on the later parts of this episode.

3. If anything, I find Valmont to be rather handsome. Finn comes in second, Jackie third. (Heh, I'm a Valmont fangirl XD)

And Cyprus, that would be right in the way of his path of destruction, but it's not part of Asia. Would Shendu know to spare it?

if you paid attention to the passage that uncle was reading you would know that shendu wouldn't survive without the 12 talismans.

actually shendu only needs the rat[motion to the motionless] talisman to be able to survive, but he needed all 12 for him to be able to be free from the spell that turned him into a statue...after that he only needs the rat and probably the horse talismen to maintain his original form..
