mmmkay.... you can wear heels if you want no matter how far along you are, but im gonna tell you now your feet wont let you after you get that big. your feet swell and get bigger so you'll have to buy bigger shoes, etc. but heels are fine, nothing is going to hurt your baby by wearing shoes.
