  • Ortofon, nice

  • The best version of this song.

  • wish i was still on sugar mountain.

  • It's especially meaningful for anyone who grew up in Ontario in a particular way. When I hear this song, I think of being up north. Neil Young captures that feeling -- very difficult thing to describe, thoug very clear, and I know that others will agree with me.

  • me and my dad use to play this song all the time but now he wont play it with me cause hes a drunk :/ and everytime he sings it he crys neil young touches the heart of every musician that knows a thing or two about real music

  • @MrMetalzac It makes me cry too and I am not a drunk . I cry for my lost youth . One day you too will cry .

  • @ssn0651 Or be a drunk right ???

  • Neil Young + vinyl + 1080p = perfection

  • Legalize it ! Fix FM. No legacy in modern broadcast music. No Beatles, no Frank Sinatra. Only noise. Help!

  • music from and to the heart of gold

  • the one dislike is the satan

  • great stuff...i love transferring vinyl to digi....thank u very much

  • When you want the cleanest play possible - maybe to transfer to CD, Use mineral oil on the record after you clean it with warm water and a few drops of Joy dish washing soap.

I clean mine in the opposite direction as the needle plays with the hope of pulling out what's been driven into the groove by the needle.

The very best record treatment is LAST, & though expensive, it truly works to lower the surface tension of the needle's drag on the vinyl.

Their stylus treatment also works wonders.

  • Neil is one of those few guys who can say what you feel when you really don't know how.

  • quality !! :) ,

  • Love the shallow depth of field on the video, the sharp tonearm. Nice touch.

  • Early Neil. Written before Buffalo Springfield. First recorded in 1965. Neil was a genius from the beginning. A true Canadian story teller like Gordon Lightfoot.

  • @johnthehulk1 This was recorded in 1968 --after his split from springfield--recorded live in Minnesota (I think that's wher it was--cd've been Michigan though)

  • reminds me of the summer 1970. timeless!

  • neil young and vinyl, someone knows the good things in life

  • The vinyl, the HD, the song...incredible creation. Salam mirhaba.

  • ....you can't be twenty....

  • I'm a metal fan,but even metal fans have to appreciate the musical genius of Neil Young.

  • @reptilia5 If they didn't, they wouldn't be metal fans! Rock on.

  • @reptilia5 ...and his friends Joni & David

  • Sounds excellent, love this song

  • a great song with a hypnotic video
